This programme mainly covers food storage, food factory design and grain processing technology. To meet the different demands of students, food engineering not only provides students with compulsory courses but also optional courses in other schools in our university. Our students will learn about theoretical knowledge about food and stimulate the ability of selection, production management and the level of grain and oil trades. Graduates from our school typically go to the areas of food production, storage, processing, testing, design and management. |
