Northeast Agricultural University

School of Water Conservancy and Architecture is the backbone of higher education in Heilongjiang Province. Our school is committed to train high level engineers with outstanding innovation ability.

Now we offer five undergraduate programmes: agricultural water conservancy project, water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, civil engineering, engineering management, hydrology and water resources engineering. Agricultural water conservancy programme ranks fourth among agricultural universities in China.

We have 42 full-time academic teachers, including 7 professors, 19 associate professors, 16 lecturers, 38 doctors, 4 masters, 5 doctoral tutors, 17 master tutors.

Currently more than 2000 students studying in our school, including 1900 undergraduate students and more than 100 graduate students.

Since the establishment of the school, we have actively carried out research on agricultural land and water resources, agricultural water conservation theory and technology.

We have led more than 20 national research projects, published SCI, EI included more than 100 papers and got prizes at national and provincial levels.

In the future, our school will comprehensively strengthen the competitiveness and build up a well-known first-class water conservancy in China to make greater contributions for sustainable agriculture developments.
