Applied Biology Science

The primary objective of the Applied Bioscience programme is to train students to become high-quality researchers and employers with various abilities in edible bacteria cultivation and processing, environmental protection and governance, food processing, bio fermentation, bio pharmaceutical, microbial inspection and quarantine.

Students will learn the subjects: physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, microbial physiology, microbial genetics, microbial ecology, molecular biology, basic immunology, virology, mycology introduction, edible mushroom cultivation, microbial inspection technology, fermentation engineering, bio products, genetic engineering principle and operation.
