Food Quality and Safety

Food quality and safety program was designed to form solid foundation in food quality evaluation, management and improvement. Our aims were to expand understanding of biological, chemical, physical, sensory, nutritional, and engineering properties of food products, strengthen the skills in research works, and prepare students for leadership positions in government, academia and food industry. Our program based on food chemistry, food nutrition, food analysis, food microbiology, quality and safety management. We offer outreach curriculum including food processing technique, food texture and rheology, food product inspection and other selective topics.
