The compulsory courses in this programme are basic rules of food chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, food science and nutrition.

From dairy production aspects, students will learn about dairy production and processing, dairy safety and quality control, storage and logistics, dairy and factory design.

Also our graduates will have a better understanding of management in dairy companies, the regulations and laws in food safety.

Many graduates are working in the field of dairy production
